Meet Jeff
For Jeff Donaldson, everything begins with faith. He and his wife Bethany have spent the past 30 years building a life rooted in Christian family values and service to others. They raised five children and are now enjoying the blessing of two grandchildren. Three of their children attended Collier County Public Schools, with their youngest a senior at Marco Island Academy serving as student government president. Jeff knows what it means to walk alongside parents, teachers, and students, and he understands both the opportunities and the challenges inside our schools.
As Senior Pastor of Christ Community Naples, Jeff has dedicated his life to sharing the Word, serving families, and encouraging the next generation. His church has honored teachers, provided supplies to students, and supported programs that build character and faith in young people. For Jeff, ministry is not only about preaching but also about serving and strengthening the community.
Jeff’s story is also rooted in education. His mother was a longtime public school English teacher, and one of his daughters is now a teacher as well. Jeff graduated from Moody Bible Institute and is pursuing a Master of Theology at Liberty University. His perspective as both a parent and a pastor shapes his belief that strong schools require strong values, involved parents, and teachers who are free to do what they do best: teach.
Jeff is running for the Collier County School Board because our schools need conservative leadership that will put students first, empower parents, and protect the values of our community. He will never allow government bureaucrats or special interests to dictate what is taught in our classrooms. With bold honesty and compassion, Jeff will be a steady voice of common sense and conservative values, standing firm for families and ensuring Collier schools prepare every child for success in life.
